2. In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. It has no user accounts. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the site, the hosting server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA. Netlify processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement. The domain is registered with InterNetX GmbH (INWX), Germany.

4. Contact by email, phone or the contact form

The contact form does not send data to a server. When you submit it, your email program opens with your message, and you send it yourself. If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you give me (for example your name, email address and message) only to answer your enquiry and to arrange a session. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I delete the data when the enquiry is settled, unless legal retention duties apply. Please be aware that ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Information about your health is particularly sensitive, so please share only what you are comfortable with. I handle such information only with your consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR).

5. Map (Google Maps)

The map is not loaded until you click "Load map". Only then does your browser connect to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (and Google LLC, USA), which receives at least your IP address and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by clicking. You can withdraw it at any time by reloading the page. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw a consent at any time. Please write to me using the contact details above.

7. Complaints
